We offer a secure payment platform via PayPal and accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal itself. You do not need to have a PayPal account to use the secure payment platform.
We will confirm your order and arrange for shipping within 24 hours of payment.
Bank Transfer (Singapore customers only)
Bank transfers are also accepted. Follow the instructions below after submitting your order.
To confirm the order, please settle the amount in full (Bank Name: DBS, Account Name: Current Account, Account Number: 017-904160-0) and reply the email sent to you, within 8 hours. Include the following details in your reply:
1. Order ID Number;
2. Amount paid;
3. Your bank account number; and
4. Your contact number.
We will confirm your order and arrange for shipping once the payment has been verified with the details provided by you.
Gift cards are included in every package we ship. Your name (according to checkout details provided) will be hand-written on the gift card. If you would like a short personalised message to be written, please indicate this in the comment box during checkout. Your message is limited to 10 words due to the size of the gift card.
We ship internationally. All prices stated on the website are exclusive of postage.
The default mail service provider is Singapore Post. Normal postage is standard and free of charge. Registered postage is chargeable at S$2.50. For large orders, we may, at our discretion, use Ta-Q-Bin's door to door service with no extra charge.
Mails may take 2 to 5 working days from shipped date to reach your address. Further delays can occur during delivery, and these delays are usually on the end of the mail service provider. Please note that delays are more apparent during public holidays and these are beyond our control. PriviKids will not be liable for any lost mails, especially that of normal mails. In the event of lost mails, kindly email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our best to check with the mail service provider.
PriviKids strongly encourages all customers to opt for registered postage to ensure that packages will arrive safely. Registered article statuses can be tracked at Singapore Post's website as well.
The default mail service provider is Singapore Post via registered airmail. Registered postage is chargeable at S$10 (for orders below S$30), S$20 (for orders above S$30 but below S$60), S$30 (for orders above S$60 but below S$90) and S$40 (for orders above S$90).

COLLECTION OF PRE-LOVED CLOTHES
If you had indicated your intention to donate pre-loved clothes during checkout, we will contact you to arrange for a convenient timing to personally deliver your order and collect the clothes. To keep costs low, personal delivery and collection of pre-loved clothes are not available for purchases below S$100. More information on the donation of pre-loved clothes can be found here. This service is not available for international customers.
You may request for an exchange within 10 days of the ship date if the product is defective or not what you ordered. No returns will be made for clothes that don't fit as well as expected. You are encouraged to go one size larger when placing your orders. Kids grow up fast!
You may return a product at our retail stores or via our website.
To return a product via our website, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We will then contact you to obtain pictures of the product before we consider your return request. Once your request is accepted, please return the product to us via registered mail.
If an exchange is not possible, we will provide a refund in the form of store credits. Postage costs will not be reimbursed.
